By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You’re responsible for reviewing and approving your final content before publishing it elsewhere.

3. Delivery

All bios are delivered digitally via email or download link, typically within minutes of submission. In rare cases, delays may occur due to system or content input errors.

4. Revisions

We aim to deliver content that matches your tone and goals. Our standard offering includes 4 variations to give flexibility. At this time, we do not offer manual revisions unless otherwise stated.

5. Pricing

Pricing is clearly stated at checkout. Launch pricing may be promotional and subject to change without notice. All purchases are one-time and non-subscription based.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our product, all sales are final. However, if your bios were not delivered or there was a technical error, please contact us at hello@helpwritemy.com and we’ll resolve the issue right away.

7. Intellectual Property

You have full rights to use the bios you receive. HelpWriteMy retains no ownership or licensing over your final content. However, we reserve the right to use anonymised or sample content for internal training or marketing unless you opt out.
